Defending Futures (The Law Firm)
I am the founder of 615-NASH-LAW, where my primary focus is criminal defense. For over 15 years, I've helped thousands of people stay out of jail and protect their future.
Right now, my team and I are focused on:
- Helping good people navigate their worst days. This spring that has meant a lot of DUI cases out of Williamson County and bond source hearings.
- Standing up for families dealing with ICE detention without bond, which is becoming more common and is genuinely not how due process is supposed to work in this country.
- Rebuilding lives, not just winning cases.
- Making sure our clients feel heard and protected, not processed.
Hunting for RV Parks (Real Estate)
Investing has changed my life, and I am still going deep on cash-flowing RV parks.
I'm not just buying. I'm building a community around it. I am actively looking for deals and helping friends define their own "buy boxes." If you have a lead on a park or want to know what I'm looking for, this is taking up a significant amount of my brain space right now.
SCOREBOARDZ
I've also been heads down on SCOREBOARDZ, the idea that money is the effect, not the cause. After building a real-time scoreboard for my own law firm, I'm now looking for 10 founders or business owners serious about growing through cold outreach, warm outreach, content, or ads. When your numbers are always visible, your inputs and outputs stay top of mind.
Writing & Educating
I've been writing consistently to share what I've learned about law, business, and life. Recent pieces include whether marketing agencies are getting replaced by AI, the best way to start a business (it isn't a secret hack), and the difference between DUI and DWI in Tennessee.
- Core Philosophy: I'm exploring how compassion transforms legal practice. The law shouldn't be cold. It should be a tool for healing and fresh starts.

Beyond the courtroom and the deal table, my mission is simple: Build Better Lives.
Whether it's through a legal defense strategy that saves a career, a real estate deal that creates financial freedom, or helping founders get their fundamentals right, I am obsessed with the intersection of justice and wealth building.
